Use gdoc to work with Google Docs
Peter Hartree
The gdoc CLI is much better than the popular alternatives. 1 Unlike them, it can:
- Edit any part of a Google Doc, including specific tabs.
- Make edits with proper formatting—headings, bullets, bold, italic, links, tables, etc.
- Quickly read comment threads, with proper author attribution.
With this, I can finally fully automate the process from transcribing a call through to putting a summary into (the right place in) my meeting doc, and emailing it to participants.
Outstanding work from Luca De Leo.
