My meeting summarization prompts

I use Granola to transcribe calls, then Claude Code to make summaries that are better than Granola's.

Here are the prompts I use:

1. Transcript tidying prompt — cleans up the raw transcript while preserving exact wording for expressions of certainty/uncertainty, commitments, and memorable phrases

2. Meeting summary prompt — creates comprehensive chronological summaries with appendices for open questions, key quotes, and underlying dynamics
