Skill: two-minute digest of my AI uplift Slack channels
I’m in many Slack channels where people share examples, questions and lessons about AI uplift. There’s more activity than I can keep up with, and the useful bits are often buried in threads, or as common themes that emerge in several places.
My /slack-uplift-digest skill checks all the channels, reviews messages against my interests, and generates a briefing. It follows links (e.g. reading Google Docs), suggests possible actions and makes each Slack thread readable within the digest (so I don’t get distracted by opening the Slack app).
It’s powered by my /slack skill, which uses my personal auth tokens and therefore doesn’t require setup from your workspace admin.
“Make a digest” is a common use case. But they often fail, because we get reports that seem nice to have, but aren’t above the bar to actually read. This—plus my situational awareness dashboard—has proved above the bar for me, because it solves an acute problem that is core to my role.
