# To raise the floor, push 1-2 key messages per month

Every month, I notice one or two "big things" that I want everyone to know.

For example:

* This month: [browser use is very good now](https://wow.pjh.is/journal/browser-use-is-very-good-now).

* Last month: Claude users should migrate from the web app to the desktop app (and start getting into Cowork).

* December: [it's time to try Claude Skills](https://wow.pjh.is/journal/newsletter-5).

* Last autumn: [try voice input](https://wow.pjh.is/journal/voice-input-with-wisprflow).

Identifying and pushing these messages is one of the better ways to support AI uplift on your team. It's especially good for "raising the floor".

Minimally, share these messages on Slack and in team meetings. Do something to help people act on them. And they could anchor a workshop, or become criteria for assessing AI fluency in performance reviews.

The hard part: actually figure out some great messages! I don't think it's *that* hard though, especially if you compare notes with other AI champions.[^1]

For some teams, I'd shoot for 1 key message *per week*.

[^1]: One obvious failure mode: do not push exciting products too early, e.g. Claude Cowork was a mess on the initial January release; most people should have waited 1-3 months for it to mature.
