# My break reminder app

My favourite personal software of the past few weeks is "[So Break](https://github.com/peterhartree/sobreak)", an app that reminds me to take breaks (and ultimately forces me to do so).

It runs constantly, resetting the break timer when I lock my screen.

Such tools usually become less effective over time, but I know I can easily harden the design to prevent this, if I need to.

It's *very* nice to be able to tailor a tool like this to get exactly the setup you want.

The value of a tool like this has shot up for me since December—regular breaks stop me getting lost in the mania of multi-agent coding sessions.
