# Rapid prototyping with Claude artifacts

It took just [a couple of chat messages](https://claude.ai/share/52cfb7b4-0b12-477a-a105-951f80e3956b) to prototype [an AI career advisor that can read my CV](https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/7002ef7c-2c43-40fe-a710-152316c556b6).

To be clear: this took \~5 minutes, and it actually works. No coding skills required.

The [Claude artifact sandbox](https://support.claude.com/en/articles/9487310-what-are-artifacts-and-how-do-i-use-them) has some cool features (e.g. persistent storage; make Claude API calls; MCP integration) but also some major limitations (e.g. restrictions on external web requests).
